COMPETENCES & SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION:
Ensures the smooth running of the bar, where all aspects of the guest food & beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels.
Responsible for the duties and tasks assigned to the role. Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction by delivering a positive and responsive approach to all that you do.
Support and deliver on individual and F&B team objectives such as guest satisfaction and revenue optimization
Satisfaction by taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility.
Develops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the food & service department.
Collaborates with the Team Leaders and Head of Department, ensuring that departmental inventory is maintained, productivity targets are achieved, and performance levels are attained
Build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally and be an Ambassador of Radisson Collection and MEKK Restaurant & Bar
Be fully involved in the constant development of our MEKK concept, Beverage menu and be part of our F&B Marketing promotional activities
