Position to
COMPETENCES & SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION:
Exceptional customer focus – being a passionate host by nature
Must be an innovator and creator to position ISSEI as a place to be and develop menus according to culinary trends and our concept
Must be a collaborator and active communicator with other departments to maintain high level of cooperation and team atmosphere.
Ability to speak in public and entertain guests during ISSEI master classes and workshops
Ability to constantly develop our concept with the drive of being the finest and most attractive venue in Tallinn to dine
Being an expert in Japanese cooking techniques (Sushi, Sashimi, Yakitori Grill etc.)
Strong local knowledge of clientele and customer base
Preferably connected to Nikkei cuisine community
Having Japanese cuisine in your blood or having lived and worked in Japan or similar
Preferably previous work experience in the kitchen of a sophisticated dining venue
Availability to start work latest February 2022
