Our rooftop restaurant & bar ISSEI represents proudly Nikkei cuisine - a fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cultures.
Shared recipes across generations, where the adaptation of dishes with different ingredients eventually blossoming into something entirely new. You can see, feel and sense examples of that combined energy in every aspect of our restaurant - from the food, of course, but also from architecture, lighting, colors and even tableware.
We will bring this exceptional culinary experience to the heart of Estonia. Every guest, from the moment of entering to leaving our restaurant is taken on a culinary journey to be remembered to talk about.
ISSEI will be positioned as an independent destination restaurant & bar attracting the local community as well as the guests of Radisson Collection Hotel.

COMPETENCES & SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION:
Strong local market knowledge of competitors, guest clientele and local F&B community
Must have a restaurant owners mentality
Must be an innovator and creator to position ISSEI as the most vibrant and finest place to be in Estonia. Being fully involved in menu and product development.
Must be a collaborator and active communicator with other departments to maintain high level of cooperation and team atmosphere.
Supports the Executive Chef and Director of Operations to drive revenues through strategic management of commercial initiatives
Extremely customer focused with the drive to keep guest satisfaction level on the highest level
You shall be a motivating and inspirational coach and people developer with a big focus on team members development so everyone can perform at their fullest potential
Strong communication skills in both Estonian and English
Experience in restaurant AND bar operations
Big plus if you worked in an independent restaurant group (not in a hotel restaurant)
Preferably you have an understanding of budgets, P&L’s and finances
Availability to start work latest February 2022
